Conor is an Ecological Sanitation Planner with a background in watershed science and ecological design. Conor is dedicated to advancing more thoughtful management of water and nutrient resources in support of an integrated food-nutrient economy. He is experienced in the planning, installation, and maintenance of composting toilet systems throughout New England. Conor is also the founder and site operator for the Tinkham Hill Farm Compost Site in Mattapoisett, MA. He graduated from Boston University with a Master’s Degree in Energy and Environmental Analysis. His graduate studies focused on the technical and social feasibility of composting toilets and urine diversion as alternatives to conventional wastewater systems. He earned a B.S. in Watershed Science from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry where he studied watershed science, ecological design principles, and evaluated emerging building programs. He has previously served as Project Manager for John Todd Ecological Design, overseeing projects for water treatment systems, sustainable land-use planning, and comprehensive nutrient management.
